Matera Stone tells a story of innovation, design and refinement. Its surface is an attractive composition of pebbles of different sizes on a rarefied, neutral background. The resulting collection is ideal for blending natural forms in a contemporary spirit. Available in three colours in the Silktech finish and completed by the Ritmo decor. With its tasteful graphic composition, the collection perfectly blends the natural beauty of the inspiration stone with the technical and creative potentials of ceramics. This technology comprises three phases, two of which involve digital printing. After the stoneware has been pressed, the Digi Touch process starts with the first digital printing phase. This phase applies a water-repellent resist agent, which creates a graphic texture on the ceramic surface. This second phase is the application of the clay-based glaze known as “engobe”, which coats the graphic texture formed by the water-repellent resist agent to constitute the structure of the finished product. The third phase consists of digital printing using barcodes or optical recognition cameras, which identify the structure to enable the colours applied to be matched with it. This technology permits perfect synchronisation of the patterning and structure of the ceramic material, the key to creating large, varied, multi-level graphic patterns with a realistic three-dimensionality and an unprecedented tactile effect. Install & care.
Installation guide
Use a flexible C2TE-S1 adhesive on rectified porcelain. 3 mm grout lines recommended. Lay test 3 m² before grouting to check pattern and shade match.
Care & maintenance
Sweep regularly. Mop with pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acid-based cleaners on polished finishes. Sealing not required on porcelain.
Returns & exchanges
Orders are processed immediately on confirmation, so please choose carefully — change-of-mind refunds can't be given once an order is placed. Partial returns, spares and leftover tiles aren't accepted. If tiles arrive damaged or faulty, we'll arrange return shipping and a replacement within 24 hours of delivery — just document the damage with photos, ideally in the original packaging.
